Privacy policy
To be reviewed whenever the site changes technically. This page describes how the site actually works in its current form. Adding an analytics tool, a form or an advertising network means updating it, and usually adding a consent banner.
Principle
Materiel-de-Camping.com is a static editorial site. It offers no user account, no basket and no online form, and it does not try to identify its visitors.
Cookies and trackers
The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tracker or audience measurement tool. No consent banner is therefore required, in line with the guidance of the French data protection authority (CNIL).
No resource is loaded from a third-party server: the typefaces are served from our own hosting alongside every other file on the site.
Server logs
Like any web server, our hosting records incoming requests technically: IP address, date and time, page requested, response code, browser type. These logs are used solely to keep the service running and secure, and to diagnose incidents.
- Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (article 6.1.f GDPR).
- Retention: logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months, then deleted.
- Recipients: this data is neither sold, transferred nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
If you write to the address given on the contact page, your email address and the content of your message are processed for the sole purpose of replying to you. Those messages are kept for as long as handling the request requires, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding data concerning you.

Changes
This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page.
